Joseph Menzies grew up in New Plymouth and studied at Massey University, laying the foundation for a career in construction. Driven by a desire to gain international experience, he moved to London and began working in construction management. During his time in the UK, Joseph had the opportunity to oversee the development of luxury homes, sharpening his skills and deepening his passion for high-end construction.

As his career progressed, Joseph took on leadership roles, managing complex projects and building strong, effective teams. After several successful years in the UK, he returned to New Plymouth to start a family and reconnect with the region he had always called home.

Now, with more than a decade at Chris Bell Construction, Joseph brings extensive experience in construction management to his role as Project Manager. His background, combined with his understanding of project delivery and quantity surveying, gives him a well-rounded perspective across every stage of construction.

Joseph is committed to delivering excellence through quality craftsmanship, efficient processes and collaborative teamwork. He works closely with clients, consultants and trades to ensure every project is well-managed, carefully considered and delivered to the highest possible standard.
