Apprenticeships
Every great tradesperson starts somewhere. Our apprenticeship programme provides hands-on experience alongside experienced mentors, giving you the opportunity to learn your trade on a diverse range of projects. You'll gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and the confidence to build a rewarding career in construction.
Carpenter
Our carpenters are at the heart of every project we deliver. From high-end architectural homes to complex commercial and industrial developments, you'll work with a team that values quality workmanship, attention to detail, and pride in delivering outstanding results. We provide opportunities to develop your skills while working on projects that challenge and inspire.
Foreman
As a Foreman, you'll lead from the front, coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. We empower our site leaders to make decisions, mentor their teams, and maintain the quality and professionalism Chris Bell Construction is known for.
Project Managers
Our Project Managers are responsible for bringing projects together—from planning and programming through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, you'll lead projects with a focus on communication, quality, and delivering successful outcomes.
