Peita began her construction career in Wellington, New Zealand, before moving to London, where she worked for a Design & Build company and gained valuable international experience across a range of construction projects. This experience provided her with a strong understanding of the construction process and the coordination required to successfully deliver projects from design through to completion.

Peita returned to New Zealand in 2021 and has since worked across both commercial and residential construction projects, further developing her knowledge and experience within the New Zealand construction industry.

In her current role, Peita is responsible for project administration and health and safety, while also managing refurbishment projects. She works closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to coordinate works, maintain effective processes and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
